General Class

This is a general level class held at Mycenae House in Blackheath during term time. Equipment is not provided so you need to bring your own. If you haven’t got your own equipment there are some spare mats etc. that you can borrow. If you are new and would like to attend please contact me first. The drop in fee is £13 per session but you can also sign up for a block which works out cheaper.
